Overall, I didn't really get the feeling that they were very friendly, but still, the director explained things well and answered my questions well! The director has experience too, and seemed to pursue safety and a natural look, so I liked that, but since it's not a one-doctor hospital, that bothers me a bit... If I have surgery there, I'm not sure whether they'll look after everything in detail and carefully, so I'm debating
