The manager was really, really kind and helped loosen up the atmosphere. When I finished asking my questions, they asked if I had anything else, and because it was my first surgery and I didn't know much, they explained even the parts I hadn't asked about. The consultation with the director was also good. They listened well to my needs and tried to design everything accordingly. They clearly distinguished what was possible and what wasn't.
