When I asked questions, they explained things in detail, but it felt like I was getting a rushed consultation, as if they had somewhere else to be and were bouncing on their hips. The coordinator seemed a little absent-minded. The consultation had a calm atmosphere, and they seemed quite confident. It seemed like they were sure about the surgical method. I also liked that they said the doctor would carefully handle all the aftercare.
