There was pressure to make a reservation. The director was kind and explained things well. They seemed to like dramatic results and said we should reduce a lot. I told them not to call me because I'd contact them if I decided to do it here, but they called again the next day after the consultation, and even during the consultation they put pressure on me by saying it would be good to decide on a date within today or tomorrow. So I ended up getting it done somewhere else!
