A friend had it done there and it turned out fine, so I went too, but the director was super busy so we only talked for a moment and then he left. Still, the idea of a closed rhinoplasty itself seems like a very attractive technique, and they seem to do the nose surgery higher than expected, so that seems okay too.. I think the director is skilled at surgery.
