I originally had a wide nose and a nose of average height, but my nose only got a little higher and the wide nose didn't improve.. It's been 6 months since the surgery and I'm thinking about revision surgery. My satisfaction is just average. The line was made exactly how I wanted, but it's much more natural than I expected (I said at the time of surgery that I wanted something flashy..). Anyway, that's how it is.
