I only had hump osteotomy and the nasal tip done

Before <before surgery><one week><two weeks>I was concerned about my hump nose and drooping nasal tip. I looked up all the procedure reviews, saw lots of review photos, and did my own research while looking into clinics haha. I found a place with many nose reviews that looked the most natural yet glamorous, so I immediately booked a consultation. Maybe this is just my personality, but without visiting any other clinics, the first place I went for a consultation became my surgery clinic lol. As soon as I went for the consultation, I booked the surgery too. The director recommended only the parts I really needed and understood well the direction I wanted, so I thought there was no need to go anywhere else and booked right away!! I went because I heard they were good at consultations, and they really explained everything so well that I felt there was no reason to visit another place. First of all, during the consultation, they said my nose was exactly suitable for surgery and that it would turn out naturally well. That made me trust them, and the result also came out well, just as they said~~ I only raised the nasal tip using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and for the nasal bridge I only had hump osteotomy. I did not put silicone in the nasal bridge or tip, so I wondered whether a good result would come out, but it turned out in the shape I wanted, so now I wonder why I worried haha
