Thinking this would be the last rhinoplasty of my life, I even made a cosmetic surgery map for a year and chose the hospital very carefully, enough to go on a consultation tour. (The consultation list included one place recommended by an acquaintance, one place I chose myself, one place recommended by people around me, and places with before-and-after photos. First priority was searching cosmetic surgery apps and cosmetic surgery cafes, ranking verified places, then making appointments at nearby places on the same day and having consultations, 2-3 places a day.)
The reason I chose ㅊㅁ: among acquaintances and friends around me, there was someone whose nose before surgery was similar to mine. After seeing how they changed, I called ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, but Director Min was not there. I wanted to consult with Director Min too before deciding on a hospital, so after asking around through acquaintances, I heard he was preparing to open his own clinic. After a simple consultation by KakaoTalk, I counted the days until the opening day and finally got a consultation. After the consultation, I became completely certain that I had to entrust my nose to Director Min. I gained 100% faith that he was like a nose god. I was sure that if it were this doctor, he would breathe new life into my stubby and crooked nose. After my revision rhinoplasty, I thought, as expected, I was right. I really think I did so well haha
After 2 weeks, there is swelling, but my image has changed. It looks luxurious and sophisticated. My face also looks smaller, and my face looks more refined. To reduce swelling, I have been walking around like crazy these days. If only the swelling around the nasal bridge and glabella goes down, it seems like it will be amazing. My acquaintances are making a fuss, saying it is so pretty. It seems they will visit ㅊㅁ as a group soon.
The pain from autologous costal cartilage was less than I expected. It felt about like the mild muscle soreness you get the day after doing ab exercises. And as expected, I acknowledge Director Min has the hands of God. From the first day, I had no bruising or swelling. Satisfied with the nose line haha It is high but does not look excessive, and the nostril-wing contracture is almost completely gone. From the front, my nostrils are not very visible either, and the crooked feeling is gone, so I am very happy.
