I want removal, I want removal, I want removal so badly lol I want to remove only the silicone and leave the ear cartilage in place. My nose was originally very small, so I’m worried it might look strange if I remove everything. It’s also been about 16 years since my first surgery. If it were early removal, I probably would remove everything. (I liked my first surgery I had revision surgery because the L-shaped silicone was showing through, and that’s when the stress started lol I think the L-shape was actually better lol It suited me best and wasn’t excessive.) They used septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone! Where would the top 3 clinics for removal be? Please help me~~~please!!
