You really need to think carefully about orthodontic treatment too..ㅠㅠ While I was getting orthodontic treatment, my gums and teeth weakened, the outer surface of my canine tooth eroded, and even though I hadn’t had any cavities for 20 years, I got 8 cavities. An older friend I know even ended up getting implants. They say there’s no way around your dental health getting worse.. And you have to keep the retainer attached to the inside of your teeth until you die ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ We joked that when we die and get cremated, the retainer will be left behind ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Sigh.. retainers aren’t as uncomfortable as braces, but they’re definitely uncomfortable enough. I hope you decide carefully!
