One-Month Review After Nasal Implant Removal

Hello :) I’m back with a one-month review after implant removal. I had the entire implant removed about a month ago because of redness at the nasal tip (not inflammation) and silicone deviation. To get straight to the point, I’m currently living very satisfied. My nostrils had been lifted quite a lot, but even my contracted nose has come down a lot, so my nostrils are not very visible anymore, and my columella has also come down a lot. My nose is still a bit firm, and it’s hard to make a pig nose, but with time, the firmness should loosen and my nose should become softer. Just being able to live comfortably because there’s no foreign-body sensation in my nose and the redness and contraction have disappeared externally makes me feel at ease. There are no other side effects either. I’m not sure if it’s what they call the contraction period, but for about 2–3 days? I only had some stinging at the nasal tip, and there was absolutely no lifting upward or anything like that.

I hope the post I wrote can be of at least a little help to those who are considering nasal implant removal.
