I had only been lurking and getting information, but yesterday I had removal done at PRM. Whenever I had only silicone put in, it would protrude, so this is my second removal. I have thin skin tissue and a low nose, so they said my nose gets complications every time silicone is inserted. I wanted to preserve the nasal tip and remove only the silicone, so after consultations at three different places, I decided to do it at PRM. It was a case where the silicone was removed and the nasal tip was revised with ear cartilage. First of all, the director was meticulous and trustworthy, so I think I entrusted it to him with confidence. ~The cotton stuffed in my nose is the hardest part, and I think I’ll have to wait and see how the shape settles. I’ll post another review then. The swelling is much less than I expected, so that’s a relief. I’m not someone who usually swells a lot, but I was worried. There’s no bruising or major swelling, and they taped it neatly. The problem is that I’m still battling the cotton inside my nose. I keep waking up while sleeping, so it’s hard.
