From someone who has now retired... I had it done early this year by someone who has retired: 2 mm implant removal + nasal tip septal extension + support strut removal, and my nasal tip was supported with ear cartilage.. no autologous dermis used
Right now I’m living well, like it’s completely my own nose. The implant at the glabella was very thin to begin with, so there’s no difference, and I like that the line that used to show through no longer shows. The nasal tip did spread a little more.. But still, there’s almost no change!
My nasal tip used to be extremely hard, but it’s less hard now. I can’t make a pig nose, but it moves upward very slightly~ Left and right movement is completely natural... That’s how it is.
You just need to have it removed somewhere good! Please don’t worry too much...
