Advantages 1. My anxiety about silicone side effects has decreased 2. I like that my nasal tip has become rounder 3. The columella that had retracted due to 2 open surgeries came down 4. My nostrils became rounder, and the columellar asymmetry was corrected quite a lot
Disadvantages 1. After removal, my nasal tip does feel slightly upturned 2. The left and right nasal ala areas were originally uneven, but after removal, it is a little more noticeable 3. It can’t be helped, but it does feel like my nasal bridge looks a bit less defined
What I want to say to those considering removal is that removal and revision surgery are definitely different..
If you want improvement even in terms of shape, I think it’s right to choose revision surgery rather than removal
