I had one follow-up check in the middle and had something to ask, so while visiting the clinic, I also got swelling injections The swelling injections seemed to work well for me They told me to come again in a month if I had time, so I’m planning to go again They said it would be even better to get them about 3–5 times, so I’m planning to go at least 3 times

I asked the director about this, and they said that area is going through the contracture phase, and since there wasn’t a big difference between the two sides immediately after surgery, they said to watch how the shape changes after the contracture phase passes, for up to 6 months at most So I’m trying to wait comfortably without feeling anxious
Just as the director said, the left side in the photo was also slower for the swelling to go down, and it felt harder than the right side

Right now, I have almost no discomfort in daily life As long as I don’t open my mouth ridiculously wide, I’m living normally without discomfort, from smiling to using dental floss Some people worry about splitting/irregularity along the nasal bridge For me too, my nasal bridge definitely feels lower than before removal, but my nose was very small to begin with, so rather than having a high bridge, the slightly lower look now actually suits my image better So I think that’s at least fortunate

Surgery I had: removal of nasal bridge silicone + refining the nasal tip to match the nasal bridge height and shaping small pieces of septal cartilage and ear cartilage to support the nasal tip + lowering the columella
