<Natural nose><Operated nose><Removed nose>It’s already day 3 after removal, so I went and had the splint and the cotton in my nostrils removed. Since I only had simple removal done at the place where I had surgery, not at a removal-specialized clinic, they basically told me I don’t need to come back to the hospital anymore. The surgical method was placing a septal support graft at the nasal tip and fixing it with cartilage suturing, but after two weeks it felt uncomfortable, so I only had simple removal. The cartilage suturing had only been done for 2 weeks, but maybe adhesions already formed in that time; my nose right now is neither my natural nose nor my operated nose, but a third kind of nose. Originally, my nose was a bit long, and my columella was so short it almost touched my philtrum. After having the support graft placed once, maybe it stretched a bit, because from the front, the length of my nose looks a bit shorter. After removing the support graft, I really like how the previously flat columella comes down in a rounded shape^^ It’s my familiar face. Anyway, overall my nose feels a bit smaller. I’ll have to keep watching steadily until 2 weeks and 1 month to see how the shape changes from here, but I have so little swelling that even the doctor was surprised, so I really can’t predict the shape at all. I’ll keep posting reviews.
