Today I had only the nasal silicone removed. After 8 years, I finally had it removed. Because the silicone was crooked... My nasal tip is septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I had sedation anesthesia, so there was no pain. I don’t mind it being low; I just hope the line connects well. My nose is small, so I left the nasal tip as it was.
