But there was no redness or swelling visible on the outside, only inside the nostril was like that. My runny nose also became very severe. In the end, around day 40, I absolutely could not stand it and had it removed on November 29, I think. The problem seems to be the alar cartilage. It tightens and pulls to a degree that feels quite severe. They say this is that kind of period, but I do not think this is right. The tightness is no joke; it could be because of my tissue tendency, and I am frustrated about whether I really need to wait 6 months, or whether I should wait because it is only the second month after surgery, so I joined. There is also a little scar tissue raised after surgery.
