I had a hump on my nose and a drooping tip, so since it was my first surgery, they explained well that autologous rib cartilage would be best, but a friend who had it done said that autologous rib cartilage itself makes it feel like you got shot there after surgery, so... I'm scared and thinking it over. But if I do it, I think I'd probably do it here.
