Honestly, this clinic doesn't completely lack the commercial feel typical of plastic surgery clinics. There definitely is some viral marketing going on at plastic surgery clinics. I felt that a lot from the manager's attitude too (very kind, but the style was to rush things quickly, make you flustered, and get you to put down a deposit.. I recommend going in with a calm mindset and steady attitude so you don't forget the questions you prepared and get swept along). Still, I felt sincerity in the director's words and attitude. Not only did they consult carefully, but unlike other plastic surgery clinics I visited, there was no awkward silence or sense of (since you're tired, hurry up and go pay) or any kind of pressuring the patient. They answered my questions step by step, and I was grateful. Still, you don't have to do every procedure they recommend. Keep your own judgment, don't take the manager's words too much to heart when they say this might be needed or that the price will go up, and I hope you make a choice with no regrets. Take what you need, and don't get too swept up... If you ask for what you need, they will consider it, so think it over carefully before deciding.
