I went without a consultation reservation, but I was able to consult with the director, which made me happy. The manager's consultation was more professional than I expected, so I was satisfied. Since it's a hospital that only does eyes, it does feel a bit more trustworthy than other hospitals. But at other hospitals they said a buried method would be enough, while here they said I still need an incision, even if it's minimal, and that bothers me a little. I'm not sure whether I'll have the surgery here, but I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
