I have a hump and a drooping nasal tip, so for a first surgery too, they said autologous costal cartilage would be a good option and explained it well during the consultation. But a friend who had it said that autologous costal cartilage itself feels like you've been shot in the chest after surgery... so I'm scared and thinking about it. But if I do it, I think I'll do it here.
