I didn't even get to see the doctor. No separate consultation reservation is needed, but instead you can only consult with the manager at the first-floor desk. It seems you can't see the doctor unless you make a surgery reservation. I came in because of asymmetry in both double eyelids, but they said they couldn't give me the line I wanted and could only make it smaller than my original line, so I don't think I'll have surgery. Of course it could be different from the doctor's actual opinion, but in any case, not even getting a doctor consultation and having to book surgery right away didn't feel trustworthy and made me uneasy.
