I haven't had surgery yet, so I checked the expectation level as medium. There were a lot of reviews saying the consultation at the community was professional, and they explained things while showing models and PPT slides. I had read the director's blog before the consultation, so that did help. But because I had heard that they wouldn't show before-and-after photos when they were at ㅅㅇ, I was a little worried. After they opened their private clinic, I don't know what changed in the consultation process, but they did show photos, including surgery photos.
