He examined my nose and said he couldn't rule out the possibility of contracture. They do repositioning, but even if they do, the tip of the nose could still go up or could go down. If that worries you, you need to leave the nasal tip support in place, but from there it becomes a revision surgery, so the price goes up. Open approach. I think the consultation with the director was about 15 minutes, and with the manager about 5 minutes. He tried to answer as much as possible if I had questions, and unlike some reviews, he didn't seem especially tired. I think I saw one or two reviews saying the consultation friendliness was lacking, but objectively it just felt like he was speaking frankly. He answered with all possibilities open. I didn't feel he was rude when he spoke. He showed before/after photos. The consultation manager wasn't rude either. There was absolutely no pressure to leave a deposit, and they told me to think a bit more about whether I wanted full removal or to leave the nasal tip support cartilage in place (at that point I was still debating it..).
