The director's skill is already well known, so this was a hospital I definitely wanted to go to from the beginning when I started looking into surgery. But in other reviews I had seen before, there was similar content saying the director is so skilled that they come across as bold, and when I read that I immediately understood what they meant. I think people who actually like that firm kind of confidence would do well here. For me, though, it felt burdensome to voice my own opinion.. That part just doesn't suit me, I think. And the free lifetime aftercare was one of the attractive points, but maybe because the doctor is so skilled and it's an established private clinic, there are so many patients that even if you make a reservation, the waiting time is pretty long.. There wasn't really any explanation while waiting either. Still, the consultation manager was truly, truly kind, just like in the YouTube videos.
