First of all, the staff member and all the other staff were incredibly, incredibly, incredibly kind, and there was absolutely no sales talk or pressure to make a reservation. The director also gave the consultation professionally, and even though I hadn't mentioned it first, he was the only one who pinpointed the part I considered to be my complex. So I trusted him, and he clearly told me what would and wouldn't work on my face. He also answered the things I was curious about very kindly. In many ways, I was very satisfied with the consultation.
