First of all, the manager and the staff were all extremely kind, and there were absolutely no sales-like remarks or pressure to book. The director also gave a very professional consultation, and even though I had not mentioned it first, they identified exactly the part I had considered my complex. That gave me trust, and they clearly explained what would and would not work on my face. They also answered my questions kindly and well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the consultation.
