The manager and the director were both just appropriately kind, but the whole hospital atmosphere somehow felt tired. The director's consultation was mostly focused on explaining surgical information I had already learned from the internet, rather than giving individual advice like what my face specifically needed and what would be effective, so that was a bit disappointing. There was no aggressive selling, pressure to reserve, or anything burdensome.
