I have a lot of facial fat, a retruded chin, and my masseter muscles are also very developed, so when I bite down hard, I can feel the masseter muscles as really large. In this case, if I get Botox and contouring injections together, would it improve a lot? No matter how much weight I lose, it feels like only a little facial fat comes off, and especially my chin is always retruded no matter how thin I get, so it's really stressful. Even until my early twenties I thought, if I get a bit older, the facial fat will go away, but it doesn't look like that will happen at all. I want to go hard with injections, but I'm worried whether the effect will really be definite.
