I had a consultation with the female director, and she gave me a professional and detailed consultation about procedures that would suit my face and ways to improve it. She also resolved my questions. It was not to the point of pressuring me into procedures, but because my face shape is such a total mess (?) she recommended additional procedures beyond what I had mentioned, and I could understand why. The manager was kind, but there was some sales pressure. Overall it was fine, but I think I need to think more about the price.
