I went to look into implant-free rhinoplasty, but they suggested putting in some non-dissolving filler that apparently isn’t used much these days .. At first it sounded so convincing that I thought, okay, I see But when another hospital heard that, they were shocked and asked if it was a clinic. The place I went to was a hospital though lol
