My nasal bridge isn’t particularly low or high. I have a hump, osteotomy is necessary, and I have a bulbous nose that isn’t too severe. Since I’m resistant to silicone in the nasal bridge, I got consultations in the direction of avoiding it if possible. They all recommended nasal bridge + hump correction + osteotomy + bulbous nose correction + nasal tip surgery. First hospital No implant, using ear cartilage Nothing placed in the nasal bridge, using my own nasal cartilage + ear cartilage When I said I wanted it natural, they recommended this. They said it would probably look similar to Rosé’s nose, but that wasn’t the aesthetic I’m going for. Second hospital They also recommended silicone, but when I said I didn’t want it, they recommended no implant for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage or functional rib cartilage for the nasal tip. Third hospital They recommended silicone for the nasal bridge and donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. When I said I didn’t want anything done to the nasal bridge, they only said it would look flat without explaining why. They kept insisting hard that I absolutely had to put it in, so I felt even more resistant. Fourth hospital Here too, similarly, they recommended silicone for the nasal bridge and donated rib cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Here, the director explained in a lot of detail why these materials were needed, and explained my nose in detail, so I thought maybe silicone would be okay, even though I hadn’t considered it at all before.. The recommended materials are all different. Should I go to one more place?? I’m so torn.
