Review after consultations for a very short nose

As soon as the doctor saw me, they said my nose is on the very short side lol My complex is that my nose is short and upturned, so my nostrils show too much, and I honestly just hope that gets corrected. Originally, I did want a naturally glamorous nose, but if I have to take on the risk of side effects to get that glamorous look, I think choosing a natural look is probably right.. They said that if I wanted a naturally glamorous result, silicone + costal cartilage would be needed, and since the issue the doctor and I both think I have is my nostrils, they said the key is lowering the nostrils. They also said my septal cartilage is too limited, so both sides of ear cartilage would need to be used. I think I need to check again whether it’s septal cartilage + both sides of ear cartilage, or just both sides of ear cartilage.. I remember them saying there was too little, so they couldn’t use septal cartilage. They said the nasal tip needs to be lowered and the nostrils also need to be lowered, so that means nostril lowering + nasal tip lengthening, right,,,? The filler in the glabella needs to be removed, and they said after removing the filler, if it looks too sunken, when harvesting ear cartilage they can harvest autologous tissue as well and fill it in. When I looked up reviews, people said they show you a ton of photos, but I think I only saw about 3 or 4. The effect was definite (the guardian who came with me said the before photo looked exactly like my nose), but I couldn’t look closely for long because they flipped through them so quickly So right now I’m really anxious about not having seen many photos, but if those photos I saw briefly really weren’t just angle tricks, I really want to do it!!!! The side-profile simulation they did for me wasn’t dramatic, so I do wonder whether I should pay that much money for it... (If you go straight from the before nose to the after, it shows, but if you put the before and after side by side, there’s almost no visible difference.) Because the frontal photos I saw from the doctor’s surgical cases showed a definite effect, I want to see properly whether it was an angle trick. I’m planning to ask when I go to remove the filler if I can look at the review photos again... The thing I was most worried about was side effects (contracture), so I only asked about that.. They said that since only autologous cartilage will be used, the risk of side effects is almost nonexistent. Oh, in the reviews people said same-day booking gets a 10% discount, but for me they mentioned around 5%..??? I didn’t ask why hehe Should I have asked... hehe lol hehe
