Before before after I had my second nose surgery at Edition Plastic Surgery in Gangnam. They used septal cartilage/ear cartilage/autologous costal cartilage, and I had hump correction and nasolabial angle correction done together. How does it look..?
When I got my very first nose surgery, I only went to two consultations before getting surgery, and I wondered if that contributed to the surgery going badly.. so I really regretted it. This time, I went to consultations at 5 places around Gangnam/Sinsa, but I don’t have that much time, so for almost a month I just kept going around in person, looking into places, and worrying a lot.. Especially since rib cartilage depends a lot on the surgeon’s hand skills and ability, I looked at so many revision surgery reviews until my eyes nearly fell out before deciding on the hospital.
But during the consultation, Director ㅎㄷㅎ in particular checked even my facial proportions and gave such a detailed consultation. They kind of understood exactly why I’d been upset and consulted while empathizing with me, so honestly I felt a bit touched? moved? I guess.. Anyway, that’s how it felt. Because the atmosphere itself was completely different from the hospital where I had my first surgery, and when I didn’t like my nose, the first hospital was almost like “not our problem”ㅠ But here, not only the director but also the consultant sincerely took care of me, so it was really niceㅠ So I decided to trust them and get the surgery, and since it was a place I’d seen a lot in other communities too, I trusted them and had the surgery, and I’m so satisfiedㅠㅠ Honestly, there are many pretty people in this cafe, and every time I saw reviews from people whose revision surgeries succeeded, I was envious. I also wanted to someday show off here if I succeeded, and I can’t believe the day has come when I can show it off like thisㅠㅠㅠ
The process of getting to a nose I really like took quite a long time, but I’m so satisfied that I succeeded with the second nose surgery instead of having to go to a third or fourth revision!!ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
