I do have some nasal bridge, but I wanted improvement from the front, so I went for a consultation and they told me to do non-implant nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, nostril axis correction, columella lowering, and alar lift. I'm worried that if I do a non-implant nasal tip here, I'll end up looking overdone, but I really need frontal improvement.. With a review discount, would it be worth doing for 3.6 million won? Honestly, I was only thinking about nostril axis correction, but another clinic told me to do donated dermis for the nasal bridge and even donated costal cartilage, so I was taken aback.. And I didn't know bulbous nose surgery was this expensiveㅜ Is it usually around the mid-to-high 3 million won range?
얼굴을업데이트중입니… Try going to a few other places too. It's not revision surgery, right? Then it feels like they may have pulled in various surgery items to increase the surgery fee. I think just the nostrils and nasal tip would still have an effect
땡이2 [@UpdatingMyFace] It's not revision surgery, but just the columella and alar lift are about 1.4 million won. That got added because I asked if I should do it! It was also something I wanted to do.. I've only been to two places, so I'm planning to go to more. Thank you!
슈류류륙 Could I know which hospital you had the consultation at?
크아드 I think you should go for more consultations!

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
