I did not want to put an implant in my nose, so I was only considering Megaderm for the nasal tip and CoGelKo, and went for a consultation. The consultation was clean and niceㅎ I wanted to have surgery quickly, but surgery with the chief director would take too long, so I had a consultation with the female director. I really dislike being recommended this and that unnecessary surgery,, so I liked that she recommended only the parts I truly needed. Fortunately, there was no need to use an implant, and I had nasal tip cartilage tying plus CoGelKo on the nasal bridge and nasal tip. I am at week 2, and I like it exactly as it is now,, I hope the swelling does not go down any more than this.
