I was so scared of making an incision for nose surgery and lifting things up, so I looked for a place that would be as painless as possible and good at surgery, and found this place. If done non-incisionally, you can choose between septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and they even told me about the possible side effect of it spreading later, so I thought there was no overtreatment at all. But I wanted to do it somewhere a bit more specialized, so I did not do it here.
