The director touched my nose directly, and while showing me the CT scan, explained the materials and surgical method.
My septal cartilage is weak, so they did not recommend touching it.. I had also thought about autologous costal cartilage, and to achieve the nasal tip height I wanted, they recommended using autologous costal cartilage.
I had been to many other hospitals too, but for primary surgery, there were places that did not take a CT scan.. so I was taken aback. I first found out here that my septum was weak.
When I asked, they said that here, regardless of whether it is primary surgery or revision surgery, a CT scan is mandatory and they check it. The after-photos of noses also seemed to match my aesthetic well, so I am considering surgery.
