I hope you do it only after being sure that you really have a protruding mouth. If it’s borderline, don’t do it. The nasal tip gets lower, the hump on the nose gets worse, the nose definitely spreads, and the nasolabial folds get deeper too. I had a lot of skin and flesh, so I thought I wouldn’t get wrinkles and that it would be okay because my nose was high, but it wasn’t. I didn’t even get greedy, but the result is that I look completely aged... I did it because I wanted to look pretty in photos, but now I look even uglier.. My face got smaller as much as my mouth went in, my nose spread and got bigger, and my whole facial balance is ruined. I want to at least fix the nose spreading, but it’s not easyㅠㅠ
