I had double jaw surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin at EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery~! I had always lived with digestive problems since I was young because of malocclusion, but now I'm happy I don't have to worry about that, and I'm so happy that the protruding lower jaw that stressed me out the most is gone and my face has become naturally refined! I'm entering my 6th month, and it feels like all the swelling from double jaw surgery has gone down. I've also adjusted to the postoperative orthodontics, so now I can eat almost anything haha. I don't know if it's because of the orthodontics,,, but tearing into bone-in chicken is still too much haha. Still, I'm meeting friends and going out now, it's been quite a while since I took off my mask at work too, and I'm living my daily life without worrying about what others think~ Now I only have plate removal ahead of me~ Director Shin Hee-jin who did my double jaw surgery, Orthodontics Director Kim Young-jae, and the front desk staff ㅠㅠ everyone is so, so kind, and I'm always grateful that they try to accommodate my schedule as much as possible ㅠㅠ And if I were to share my own tips for double jaw surgery haha, everyone goes to many double jaw consultations, but I think the most important thing was the director's consultation and detailed explanation! Also Director Shin's attitude that gave me confidence!! And her experience, hospital facilities, and various reviews!! There were many cases by Director Shin Hee-jin with the impression and facial lines I wanted, so I chose EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. My reasons for choosing it haha I'm sharing them in my own way!! haha Honestly, in the first week after double jaw surgery, it's a battle with swelling, but please remember that time is the medicine hahaha And around 3-4 months after double jaw surgery, I thought there wasn't much visible difference in swelling to the naked eye, but when I took selfies, my facial lines definitely felt more refined. Because it was postoperative orthodontics, it was really hard when I started orthodontic treatment, but after about 3-4 months of orthodontics, I think I could eat almost most foods haha Now, well haha, the cheek swelling has gone down a lot too, and my face became slimmer after double jaw surgery, so I'm living very satisfied hahaha
