30-day review after complete removal of silicone + septal extension

The 3 attached photos are one month after removal The single photo is before removal The last photo is the front view

It’s been a month since I had everything removed and had cartilage repositioning, so yesterday I went to the hospital and learned how to massage. I had a photo taken before surgery when I still had the silicone, and my septum was a bit deviated to one side. The septal extension method used was apparently not the usual extension method; it seems they used even the inner partㅠ and forced the extension too much. So they said the contraction phase could be severe, and I’m going to try to massage diligently. Of course, a silicone nose can create a pretty shape and make the nose higher, but I’m just going to love my natural face. After nose surgery, you might become dramatically prettier and your quality of life may improve, but I didn’t become dramatically prettier, and living with silicone made me anxious, worrying about contracture or inflammation, worrying it might bend, and I couldn’t even touch my nose freely. Rather than living like that, even if I’m less pretty, I’m going to try to do my makeup nicely and keep my heart a bit prettier, and try not to worry about it.

It was so hard until I got it removed. Even after removal, I still have plenty of worries, but it’s not as much as when I had silicone. For those planning removal!! Stay strong!!
