The upper part is silicone and the lower part is my own septal cartilage. It is not contracture, but it turned out like in the photo. I had a consultation, and they said either remove only the silicone or remove both. They said the autologous septal cartilage is mine, so complications are very unlikely, like now, but I am conflicted. Aesthetically, removing only the silicone seems better than removing both, and there should not be any complications, rightㅠㅠ If complications will not happen, I think leaving it could be okay too. If it were you, would you remove both?
