To briefly explain my situation first, it’s been a little over 5 years since my surgery, and the nasal tip feels slightly reddish, like when someone grips your nose tightly and then lets go and it temporarily turns red. Also, that columella area seems crooked. Should I see this as the silicone being crooked? If I look closely at the nasal bridge, it does feel like it has shifted too. I haven’t had a proper consultation yet, so I’m going to get it checked and then decide on revision surgery. Other than that, there aren’t any major issues. If I do need revision surgery, I want to have it done at a hospital with a lot of experience that handles revision cases well…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
