Hello The me who was trembling with fear before removal is already writing a review 25 days after removal
Since day 5, I haven’t had any particular symptoms, so there isn’t much else to write, but I’ll write about my recovery.
Since day 5, one side of my nose keeps getting blocked and then opening up again, and because my nasal mucous membrane is weak, even if a cotton swab just brushes it lightly, I sneeze endlessly and stuff like that. Those things are gradually getting better too. If I don’t pay attention to it, I don’t think there’s a breathing problem.
Sometimes a drop of runny nose drips down. That will get better too, right?
I take vitamin C, vitamin D, and collagen every day. I also drink pumpkin juice, and since they say it may be good for inflammation, I drink noni juice too. Oh, and they say jujubes are good for the nasal mucous membrane, so I bought dried ones and have been eating them. They make my throat feel stuck lol These days fresh jujubes are available, so I buy those and eat them. Normally, even if I’m really sick, I’m someone who barely takes medicine or things like this at all. But now I really do take care to eat them.
For now, after removal, each day gets more comfortable and I forget whether I even had it removed. But it still feels hard, and sometimes I feel a tingling pain, and they say the contraction period can start from one month, so I still can’t completely relax. I’ll write another review after more time passes. There haven’t really been any changes... so I have nothing to write
