It’s now my 2nd year, counting by calendar years, since I had everything removed from my nose! I had posted a review before too, but even though it was written a really long time ago, I still get a lot of messages and comments... I was also really stressed because of my nose and had such a hard time emotionally, so when I see people finding even that old post to ask about the hospital and ask questions...ㅠㅠ it really hurts my heart. I’m leaving another review in hopes that it can help those people even just a little hehe
First of all, I had my first rhinoplasty about 7 years ago! They used 5 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and my original nose was seriously extremely low, so even with 5 mm silicone, it was still a low nose (I went to get a tarot reading, and they suddenly read my face and told me I should get surgery to raise my nasal bridge lol even though I already had lol)
The hospital where I had my rhinoplasty was also known to be good, and a lot of people had good results, but I guess I wasn’t one of them For real, I suddenly looked way older... my nasal bridge was slightly crooked, the nasal tip looked pinched, the ear cartilage showed through, and the pressure from the silicone gave me insane headaches There was also a clicking sound from my nose, and I lived every day regretting it, worrying about what if inflammation happened, what if contracture happened. It was so hard After worrying like that, I finally had everything removed early last year!
For the removal, I went to a different hospital, not the one where I had my first surgery (no hospital name mentioned) I told the director to remove all the silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and to make the nasal tip as pretty as possible.
After the removal surgery, I did go through a brief contraction period, but now it hasn’t lifted at all, and my nose is super soft! Of course I can totally make a pig nose, and once the silicone was gone, the headaches disappeared completely like magic. Seriously, it’s unbelievably fascinating The clicking sound in my nose still happens very, very occasionally thoughㅜ And what’s so nice is... my nose became prettier than my natural nose, so I’m really happy... I think they shaped the nasal tip as prettily as possible! Just to add one TMI... I’ve heard a few times from people I met for the first time that “your nose looks so cute,” and honestly... every time I hear it, it makes me feel so, so goodㅋㅋㅋ I wanted to have a sharp and pretty nose... a nose anyone would find beautiful, but if I can’t have that... I think living with a nose like this is fine tooㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Anyway, now I’ve recovered well, and it has just become a very ordinary, low nose! My original nose was extremely low, you know hehe I do still feel a bit disappointed about the nasal bridge height... Since it was 5 mm higher and then disappeared, it does feel a little disappointing...ㅎ Still, what can I do when I’m so much happier now... I guess I only now realized that living without stress can be this happy?
Anyway... I think there are many people worrying about nose removal, so in my personal opinion! If you think you’ll feel too disappointed if your nasal bridge becomes lower after removing the silicone, I recommend thinking about it a bit more! Among the people who message me, quite a few regret removal because of the sense of loss about their nasal bridge And getting consultations directly from doctors while visiting clinics yourself is the most accurateㅠㅠ I hope you make a good choice hehe
I’m sure many people who came here have a lot on their minds, but I hope you can let go of your worries about your nose and be happy^-^
