This was the second clinic I visited after deciding on revision surgery. They showed me the possible result with Photoshop, but it was so disappointing that I immediately felt resigned in front of the photo. In the consultation with the director, he didn’t really explain the surgical method in particular; he first showed the expected result with Photoshop and asked whether I could be satisfied with it. He told me that since I don’t have much facial volume, the best option would be fat grafting and refining the line a bit. Rather than explaining, the way he asked what I didn’t like made it feel as if he had already set up a hierarchy, so at the time I had nothing more to say and just left feeling rather discouraged.
