I'm looking into implant-free surgery mainly for correcting an arrow-shaped nose. I've had a lot of filler, and I have experience with MISKO procedures. (***If you don't like your nasal tip, just go get a surgical consultation. In the end, unless it's surgery, you'll only end up with results you absolutely don't like. I ended up with a bulbous nose I didn't have before.)

Implant-free surgery is possible for any kind of nose. The doctor is very confident and certain about his own technique.
Cons: It's hard to narrow the gap between the doctor and me on design preferences, and he pushes his preferred style too much. He seems to like raising the nasal tip very sharply and high. The director does the consultation himself, but the consultation time is really like roasting beans in a flash of lightning; he talks extremely fast, and the consultation system isn't well organized. Expensive (4.4 million won + tax), and they charge a separate 300,000 won for removing MISKO threads. If they're going to push people through after a 5-minute consultation like that, why on earth do they take a 10,000 won reservation deposit?

Pros: Before the consultation, they play an educational video for about ten minutes, and it's very helpful in terms of information. All the staff are kind without overselling, and the atmosphere is comfortable. After taking a CT scan, there was almost no wait before the director's consultation, and he had a comfortable, humane style. His preferred natural straight-line design matched what I wanted, and his explanations about the design, side effects, recovery, and medical opinions didn't feel dishonest. Other than septal nasal tip correction, there was no recommendation for other surgeries (not sure if that's a pro or a con haha). He explained things that matched some of the medical information I had looked up, so I felt reassured. It really felt like a person-to-person consultation.
Cons: Expensive, 3.5 million won + tax. Maybe because they specialize in noses, but for a plastic surgery clinic, there were no patients waiting for consultations, so I had worries like, are they not doing well? Are they not skilled? The CT cost is a burden (CT 20,000 won, consultation 5,000 won).

I booked through an event price on Gangnam Unni and went. The photo vibe seemed a bit different in each review.
Pros: Consultation is possible without taking a CT scan. The consultation order is consultant > director > consultant; there was no wait, and a relatively detailed consultation was possible. But to get a lot of information, you need to know a lot beforehand and have many things to say and ask. It's not the style where they explain everything on their own. It is relatively cheaper than other places. (Because it's not the head director.) Still, I went expecting an event price in the 1 million won range, but as expected, add-ons kept being added (long nose correction, lateral osteotomy, etc.), so it became 2.48 million won. The staff member who consulted with me was really kind and not pressuring. Based on the explanation, aftercare seems like it would be very good compared with other clinics.
Cons: They use both the septum and cartilage. A sense of betrayal at the price becoming more expensive than expected..? (I did expect it) haha. The impression I had from YouTube was different from reality. He's not a gentle personality. Still, he explains as much as you want. But you need to go in well-informed!! If you go there as your very first clinic, you may get less out of the consultation than expected.
I may decide between 2 and 3, or I may not do it at all.. because when I went to the clinics and had photos taken, I realized my nose wasn't the most serious problem...
