It has been 2 weeks since my nose surgery. The shape came out exactly as I wanted even before surgery. I really, really love it. I also did forehead filler at the same time as my nose, and I love the forehead filler even more... There is barely any swelling; everyone who sees it says it came out so well, so I feel like the money was worth it. Also, the suture line on my nose is really, really clean. I think that probably depends a lot on the patient's tissue and aftercare. But my skin scars extremely easily... this is a miracle. If you are thinking about nose surgery, I recommend at least going for a consultation. The doctor explains things calmly and well, and there is absolutely no overdoing it...
