My dorsal hump wasn't extremely severe, but from the side, the middle of my nasal bridge protruded, and the tip of my nose was bulbous. While looking into clinics, I had surgery at a place known for doing natural-looking hump nose correction well. Some people worry that if a hump nose surgery is done poorly, the shape or line won't come out pretty, but I think if the director has good surgical skills and does it well, it can come out beautifully. For me, they didn't perform osteotomy for the hump; they shaved and refined it. I only had my nose done, but these days people around me often say I look more sophisticated and prettier~~ Maybe because the director is a woman, she seemed to have a stronger aesthetic sense, and I think she really caught what kind of nose would harmonize well with my face and look pretty~~ Also, since it's a private clinic with one director, she schedules only one surgery per day, and because it isn't a factory-style clinic, it was nice that she focused on me one-on-one. Even after the surgery, the director continued to check my nose carefully for several months, and the aftercare was truly long-term and meticulous. The surgery itself has to be done well, but I think the best thing is when they really take care of postoperative management properly until the end. When looking into clinics, I hope you make sure to choose a place that provides careful, long-term aftercare as well~ It really isn't just over once the surgery is done~~~
